  A Narrow Escape

traffic in Hyderabad ,  every morning .

A lorry , a bus  and car tightly packed , in a close road , a bike , a fruit vendor and  , a pedestrian waiting for the road to clear ,  the traffic police arguing with a bus driver on the-other side , chaos every were , and you waiting impatiently , always thinking of getting out ,but helpless .
This is what happens , on the roads of Hyderabad every morning  , the traffic out of control , the pedestrians not obeying the rules , the vehicles  jumping  the signals , and the traffic police jumping on them  , why do you think , this happens every day ,  i think that it happens because of the short and narrow roads , that are used but not maintained  , and not widened when in frequent usage .the vehicles growth , the overpopulation , the negligence of the rules , and the ignorance of the rulers  are the reasons , there are people escaping accidents narrowly every day , unless the authorities and the people don't take it seriously , i think there's always a narrow escape.

Traffic in old city , govt taking no measure

There are numerous narrow escapes which i and others had, on the streets of Hyderabad. As i mentioned before , the roads here are very narrow ,the vehicles , the pedestrians ,vendors , animals , dogs and cows , humans etc., all want to go at the same time , without waiting  ,so the flow  gets disturbed and nobody gets to go anywhere  .and  the traffic gets halted , some vehicles try  to go wrong side , because of which  the pedestrians get stuck between the vehicles ,  dogs and cows  meandering around , looking to escape. At this situation when there is a narrow screech or thump in between the two vehicles , the drivers get out and start arguing , in midst of  the traffic mess , the traffic police takes chance and ask for the documents , and if any papers are missing then you got to lose your pocket . Here i want to point that even in between the traffic when everything is jam , the cops instead of  clearing the roads , puts a checking , which again creates more jam. The work of traffic police is simple ,to avoid traffic jam , and direct the vehicles in proper directions , although most of the cops do their jobs dedicatedly , and most of them have to go through a very tough time , as the traffic is increasing in Hyd every day , traffic police commands our respect as they serve in hot summers , cool winters , wet rainy days and during chaos and turmoil’s in the city, most of them are honest and dedicated , but as it goes , a few bad fish's spoils the whole pond , same goes  with the police , a few corrupt police personnel s spoils the whole department . The cops although have their assigned salaries , they are not at all satisfied with it , Here i am talking about some cops , not all,

animals going on road , making the traffic halt .

The cops complaint that , the salary which they get is not at all enough for daily needs .And hence they have to find other means .. The problem with the govt jobs is that salaries are very less, the govt has to see this.

Our traffic police , the third person on the bike is a cop , the traffic rule says triple riding is forbidden .

 Now coming to traffic, the roads have to be widened and maintained, the required authorities should make a severe attempt to build up, the cooperator and the MLA s of the concerned regions, should try to take opinions from the public and try to make adjustments, all the concerned officials should be held accountable, the roads likely to be congested, should be widened and repaired.. The shops which have crept on the road, should be asked to arrange with in the pavement. The street vendors are to be given a separate space, where they can do their business, without disturbing the traffic .And all these stray dogs and cows should either be adopted or sent to vet nary department.

ambulance stuck , how can the patient inside survive , if not taken to hospital quickly

 

Unless we don't take all these measures , and put everything under one unit  ,take required things under control ,  regulate  accordingly ,there's always chances that you escape  narrowly or you  don't .
